7-DAY RETURN Policy: Our Buyer Protection Promise:

Consigned Designs accepts online purchased returns from our website for U.S. buyers within 7 days of confirmed delivery if any of the following apply:

The item is not as it was described in the listing
The wrong item was received
The item is potentially counterfeit
The item condition was not properly described
The item is defective
The item is not jewelry or a promotional product
(any item purchased with a coupon or discount code)

When your shopping online with Consigned Designs, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything that you buy.

When you choose to buy directly from our website you are given the option to return your online purchased item(s) within 7 days upon the packages delivery (verified by UPS tracking) for a full refund of the price that you paid.

Items that fully meet our return requirements must be unworn, include all vendor packaging, accessories and tags and be returned back in the exact condition as they were received.

We also ask that the authenticity security hang tag seal remains attached to your item and fully intact in order to be accepted for full refund. Removing this seal will automatically void the return policy itself.

 Please take note that shipping expenses for returns are handled solely by the buyers.

Quick and simple returns
We want to make sure that the return process is simple for our online shoppers. The day we receive your return inquiry we will respond back at first chance to inform you how your inquiry will be handled. As long as it is before the 7 day policy, (as proven by the postal tracking number) you will then be notified so you could ship the item(s) back to Consigned Designs using the shipping service of your choice.

Once the purchased item(s) is received by us and returned back in the manner it was sent, a full refund will be issued. *MINUS our 10% RESTOCKING FEE.


Shipment fees BOTH ways WILL NOT be refunded. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Consigned Designs currently cannot accept international returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to sender the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.
